This notice explains how the personal data submitted through the project request form is processed under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Data processed
We process the brand or company name, contact person, email address, telephone number, requested service, product or look count, photography/video needs, project description, shoot and delivery dates, intended uses, budget range and any optional brief or reference files you upload. Please do not upload special-category personal data or third-party information that is not necessary for the project assessment.
Purposes and legal grounds
Your data is used to assess your request, contact you, plan scope and timing, prepare an estimate, take steps necessary to enter into or perform a possible contract, maintain information security and meet legal obligations. Processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the Law, including necessity for entering into or performing a contract, establishing or protecting a right and the data controller’s legitimate interests.
Collection and transfers
Data is collected by automated or partly automated means through this electronic form and the files you upload. To the extent necessary to operate the service, it may be shared with hosting, secure file-storage and email providers bound by confidentiality and security duties, and with legally authorised public bodies. If an international transfer is required, the conditions and appropriate safeguards set out in the Law will be applied.
Retention and security
Requests that do not lead to a contract are retained for no longer than one year after the last contact. Requests that become a contract are retained for the applicable statutory retention and limitation periods. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Files are stored in a non-public area and access is limited to people who need it.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly; learn the recipients; request correction; request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; request notification of these actions to recipients; object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
